Owner/Founder, Chief Executive Officer

I am a firm believer that we should live out best lives with intentionality. Often there are life happenings that drains our energy and sense of purpose, prohibiting us from moving in the direction of our dreams.         My passion is squarely centered and being a connecting point for people. My work is to close the chasm that exists for many between today and tomorrow. Often people need a push or a nudge to follow, that will equip them to go after that which they have been contemplating or imagining. All they need is a plan, to become a DreamChaser.

Malika R. Clinkscales

BIO

Malika has worked in various industries including the non-profit, private, government and academic sectors. Holding positions with the Office of the Surgeon General, The Points of Light Foundation, YWCA Boston and Meharry Medical College and many more. She has done extensive community health work in the area of health disparities, culturally relevant health interventions and studied issues related to health equity in society. Additionally, she serves as a consultant in the areas of strategic planning, change management, project management, and student academic preparedness.

Malika holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Howard University, Washington DC, a Master of Arts in Women’s Health from Suffolk University, Boston, MAand aa Masters of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University; Eli Broad College of Business East Lansing, MI. Malika believes that every dream is worth pursuing and that it is essential to leading a purpose-driven life. In her spare time Malika enjoys movie watching, traveling and competing in triathlons.
